Episode 1Influence Is the New Currency
Scott Dunn (Dream Entertainment) and Romeich Major (Romeich Major Marketing)
Authenticity, influence and modern leadership in emerging industries.
The same six conversations, produced more simply so Season 1 fits a tighter budget. Two ways to make it: in our studio, or in a room at NCB.

Option 1, in our studio: J$5,687,000 before GCT for all six episodes (J$6,540,050 with GCT), an average of J$947,833 an episode. Option 2, simple at NCB: J$5,211,000 before GCT (J$5,992,650 with GCT).

The line-up, the warmth and Sheree's own voice stay exactly as planned. Each episode runs 30–45 minutes; Episode 5 runs up to an hour and is released in two parts.

Episode 5 · The flagshipHon. Michael Lee-Chin, Chairman, NCB Financial Group
Stewardship, legacy and building institutions that endure, for NCB's 190th anniversary.
Episode 6Five or six players from NCB's Business House division-winning football team
Teamwork and winning together.
About five minutes. Sheree shares one defining moment from her career and the practical lesson she took from it.
Every guest leaves one question for the organisation. The best questions become clips, so staff can answer them on their phones.
Release cadence: one release a month from 5 November, as Sheree asked. Episode 5 is released in two parts. If NCB splits other long conversations in two, one part a month stretches the season towards 12 months.
What makes the show work is Sheree and her guests. We spend where staff will notice it, and keep everything else simple.
In our studio, one 4K cinema camera holds a wide of everyone in full, and we cut in closer shots from the same picture. A second camera can be added. At NCB we use two. See it below.
Studio episodes record directly to our server as lightly compressed 4K, so there is less to store and move. You get 4K files sized for streaming, plus full HD for phones and Teams.
Lounge chairs, a rug, plants, warm lamps and an In Good Company sign. In our studio it sits in front of an NCB background; at NCB it lives in one of your rooms.
Soft light on every face, with NCB blue and a warm accent on the background, never on people.
A director of photography, a camera and sound operator, a producer on the floor, and a makeup artist: full face for Sheree, light makeup for everyone else.
Cutting between shots carries the edit. We tidy the pace, clean the sound and add an intro, names and captions, so staff can follow with or without sound.
In our studio, one 4K camera frames everyone in full. Because the picture is 4K, the edit can cut in close on Sheree or on her guests and still deliver sharp full HD. Press the buttons, or let it switch on its own.
Camera 1 · wideAI concept

The small frame in the corner shows the whole picture. The gold box is the part the edit uses. Both close-ups come from that one camera. A second camera can be added if the budget allows.

In Good CompanyLessons from the JourneyCaptioned for phones and WhatsAppAI concept frames show the direction only. Sheree Martin appears as an AI likeness based on her official portrait; the guests are fictional. The caption and titles show placement, not real wording.
Both cover all six episodes, with a small crew, names and captions, and two rounds of changes. Every line is shown, in Jamaican dollars before GCT.

In both options The Legacy is filmed at NCB, so Mr Lee-Chin never travels to us. In Option 2 it is the first conversation on 24 October, at about 9:00; if another date suits the chairman better, we film it on its own date at NCB for J$647,000 more.
